Alamo Bail Bonds

Alamo Municipal CourtThe vibrant City of Alamo, TX was founded in 1924 and was named after the Alamo Land and Sugar Company. A city of almost 15,000 residents faces many law enforcement challenges in keeping its citizenry safe. Fortunately, a wonderful law enforcement community exists in Alamo, TX that allows it to succeed in protecting its residents.

The Magistrate in Alamo is primarily the Honorable Celia Garcia. A long time resident and involved member of the community Judge Celia Garcia holds court daily. Among her many duties and of particular importance is that of setting bail bonds for the Alamo citizens that have been arrested on suspicion of criminal activity. This ranges from misdemeanor charges of Theft and DWI (Driving While Intoxicated) to more serious charges such as Sexual Assault and Burglary of Habitation. Judge Celia Garcia faithfully undertakes her duties and upon setting the bail bond the inmates are transferred to the HIdalgo County Jail located on El Cibolo Road in Edinburg, TX.

Transports to the Hidalgo County Jail from Alamo can take place at any time although most times a later evening transfer is scheduled so as to best accommodate the law enforcement officers that work so hard to protect the city.
